In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our Maintenance Agreement Members and prospective customers by providing solutions, building relationships, and creating a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Provide solutions, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction Actively listen to customer needs and clarify information as needed Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and team members Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems Maintain productivity, quality, and attendance standards Qualifications 2+ years of Customer Service experience required 1+ year of Call Center experience preferred Experience with ServiceTitan or in the home services industry is a plus Strong computer skills (MS Word, email, CRM/CMS systems preferred) Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Effective time management and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills Benefits At CJS, we invest in our employees by providing the tools, training, and benefits needed to succeed professionally and personally.
